Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. After your order is shipped and arrives, you will need to initiate a return process. We are happy to assist you with any support regarding the return process.

Yes, we proudly offer shipping to every country, ensuring that our products can reach you no matter where you are.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Simply visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website or the official website of the shipping company.
When will my ordered item be shipped, and how long will it take to reach me?
We send you notification emails when your order is placed and when it's shipped. You'll receive the first notification email when your order is processed. Then, you'll receive another email with shipping details once your order is dispatched.We make every effort to deliver your orders to you as quickly as possible. After processing, your orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 6 business days at the latest. However, during promotional periods and special occasions (such as New Year, holidays, Mother's Day), there may be short delays due to high demand.

If the delivery is delayed, what should I do?
If your product does not arrive at your address within 15 days, you can send an explanatory email to help@theleanorlouise.com, indicating your issue and phone number. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our two warehouses located in New York and Istanbul. The shipping location depends on availability at the time of your order.
Returns
How can I return a product?
You can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date, in its original packaging and unused. Please get in touch with us to fill out the return form for the return process.
Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
In cases where the product is not defective, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive a refund?
Once your return reaches us, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and post the payment to your account.
Do you have a restocking fee policy?
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Can I return my entire order if I purchased multiple items?
For orders with two or more items, at least one item must be kept. We do not accept full order returns. If you need to return an item, you can do so while keeping at least one from your order.

Custom Orders
Do you make custom orders?
We can create custom orders with the highest quality materials, entirely handmade according to your specified design. Whether you prefer a specific color, width, or heel style, or if you have a unique design in mind, we can tailor shoes to your preferences. Feel free to contact us to learn more about the timeframe and details required for completing your custom order.
Can custom orders be returned?
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same model.
