We send you notification emails when your order is placed and when it's shipped. You'll receive the first notification email when your order is processed. Then, you'll receive another email with shipping details once your order is dispatched.We make every effort to deliver your orders to you as quickly as possible. After processing, your orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 6 business days at the latest. However, during promotional periods and special occasions (such as New Year, holidays, Mother's Day), there may be short delays due to high demand.

If the delivery is delayed, what should I do?

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
In cases where the product is not defective, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost.
When will I receive a refund?
Once your return reaches us, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Can custom orders be returned?
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same model.
