Shipping policy
At Eleanor Louise, all of our shoes are handmade. Once an order is placed, the process takes approximately 2 to 5 business days to complete before the item is shipped.
We operate from two warehouses, one located in New York, USA, and the other in Istanbul, Turkey. Depending on availability and logistics, orders are shipped from the most suitable location. Once your order has been completed, it is handed over to FedEx or UPS for delivery.
UPS and FedEx Express Shipping are included for all standard orders. Keep an eye on your email for a tracking link to stay updated on your shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin their processing period on the next business day (Monday-Friday). Holidays and peak sales time may alter your processing or delivery time frame.
Here are the estimated shipping times:
- United States: 1-3 business days
- United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
- European Union: 1-3 business days
- International (Outside US and EU): 2-5 business days
Please note that Eleanor Louise cannot deliver to PO Boxes (including BFPO) or freight forwarders. Once the order is placed, address details cannot be amended.
Your products will become traceable through the tracking number that will be sent to you after they are shipped. This will allow you to easily track each stage of your shipment and keep the process under control.
We are aware of our responsibility to inform you in case of any delay that may occur during the shipping process, and we are committed to doing our best to ensure smooth delivery.
Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders. Please be aware that Eleanor Louise is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
