Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your product.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

For orders with three or more items, at least one item must be kept. A 20% restocking fee applies for such returns. Full order returns are not accepted.

If the shoes are not returned in perfect condition, a $20 cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund.

If the shoes are deemed worn or damaged, your return or exchange request may be denied.

We do not provide refunds for returns lost in transit to our warehouse.

Once the request is submitted, you must provide the return tracking number within 2 business days; otherwise, the return request will not be approved.

Instructions

Once your request is submitted, detailed instructions regarding the return postage process will be sent to you by email.

Please include the original invoice or delivery note with your return shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be shipped back to the Eleanor Louise address at the customer’s expense.

Return Inspection & Refund

Once we receive the item, inspection will be completed within 2–5 business days.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Delayed Refunds
If more than 14 working days have passed since approval and your refund is not visible, please contact us at help@theleanorlouise.com.

Direct exchanges are not offered for international orders. Instead, you may return the shoes for a refund and place a new order.
