Return Policy

Return Window: You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your product.

Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Return Process

  • Return requests must be created from your profile on our website.

  • Once the request is submitted, you must provide the return tracking number within 2 business days; otherwise, the return request will not be approved.

  • Before proceeding with the return, please contact us via email at help@theleanorlouise.com.

  • Detailed instructions regarding the return postage process will be provided upon contact.

  • Include the original invoice or delivery note with your return shipment.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense. All returns must be shipped back to the Eleanor Louise address at the customer's expense.

Return Inspection: Once we receive the item, the inspection process will be completed within 2-5 business days, and we will process your refund accordingly.

Refund Process

  • Once your return reaches us, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and post the payment to your account.

Delayed Refund: If more than 14 working days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Important Note: Orders that are not delivered or not received after shipment will not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee Policy

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • For orders with two or more items, at least one item must be kept. Full order returns are not accepted.

This policy ensures a fair return process and helps us manage inventory efficiently.

Return Conditions

  • If the shoes are not returned in perfect condition, Eleanor Louise reserves the right to charge a $20 cleaning fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • If the shoes are deemed to have been worn or damaged, your return or exchange request may be denied.

  • We do not provide refunds for returns that are lost in transit to our warehouse.

  • A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for each item returned.

  • All of our products undergo a thorough 3-step quality control process before being shipped to you. However, in rare cases, issues may occur. If the product is received stained or damaged, please contact us within 1 business day and provide images of the issue. Notifications made after 1 business day will not be accepted as defective orders.

  • Eleanor Louise reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges that do not meet our specified conditions. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be returned to the customer’s original mailing address. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to our store policies.

Exchange Policy

  • For exchange requests, you can contact our customer service at help@theleanorlouise.com.

  • Direct exchanges are not offered for international orders. If your order is not quite right and you need a different color, style, or size, you may return the shoes for a refund and place a new order for the desired shoes.

  • Please note that all return shipping costs, as well as shipping fees for the new order, are at the customer's expense.
